Return & Refund
We take great care in delivering every Prima Art creation safely. Returns are accepted only in case of damage, defect, or incorrect product delivery.
Return Eligibility
Return requests must be raised within 15 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Original Condition
The product must be unused, unopened, and returned with original packaging, invoice, and tags.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after inspection and credited to the original payment method.
