Return & Refund

We strive to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item unused and in its original packaging for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  1. The item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
  2. It is not what you ordered.
  3. The product arrived in poor condition.

To be eligible for a refund, the merchandise must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and returned with its original packaging, tags, and invoice. If these conditions are not met, the return/refund request may be declined.

Return Process

  • Return requests must be made within 15 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
  • Upon delivery, inspect the package for any signs of damage or tampering. If you notice any issues, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at 7506726606 or response@pranda.co.in with your order reference number. We will arrange for a replacement.
  • If the returned item was part of a promotional offer and included a free gift, all accompanying items must also be returned.

Refund Policy

  • If you are returning an item due to damage or defects, no additional shipping charges will apply.
  • Once we receive and verify the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds for payments made via debit/credit card will be credited back to the same card/account used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on the bank.
  • Items purchased under a promotional offer are non-returnable.
