At PRIMA ART, we ensure that our gold artwork is crafted from 24K – 99.9% Pure Gold, maintaining the highest standard of purity. Each piece is meticulously designed using gold sheet artwork that is laminated and securely bonded, preserving its authenticity and brilliance.

Defect-Free Manufacturing Guarantee

We take pride in our superior craftsmanship. PRIMA ART offers a one-year guarantee against any manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions. This guarantee does not cover damages caused by accidents, mishandling, or improper care.

Buy-Back Policy

We provide a Buy-Back Policy (excluding custom orders) on all sizes at 75% of the actual Retail Sale Invoice value or MRP, whichever is lower.

To qualify for buy-back, the artwork must:

• Be returned through an authorized company distributor.
• Be accompanied by the following documents:
  • Customer’s Sales Bill copy.
  • Retailer’s Purchase Bill copy.
  • Certificate of Guarantee, signed and stamped by the retailer.
• Be in its original, unmodified, and undamaged condition.
