    24K – 99.9% Pure Gold of assured Purity.
  2. Defect Free Manufacturing Guarantee
    PRIMA ART Guarantee covers any defects in craftsmanship under normal use for one year from the Date of Purchase, excluding any damage caused by an accident or an improper care of the Product.
  3. Buy Back
    Apart from customer specific orders, the company offers Buy Back Policy on all sizes, at 75% of actual Retail Sale Invoice value or MRP whichever is lower. The frames would be taken back by CompanyAuthorized Distributor and should be accompanied by a copy of :
    A) Sales Bill copy of the Customer
    B) Purchase Bill copy of the Retailer
    C) Certificate of Guarantee, signed and stamped by the RetailerThe frames should not be modified / changed / altered / damaged from it’s original form, and the company shall have the rights to accept or reject the same.
  4. The Company reserves the right to change / amend the policy as and when required.
